Sector 5 Slums
August 21st, 2001 I think I've finally found a free web page service that is good and has CGI scripting so, if time (and my dad) allow, I'll be working hard to piece together the message board. In the mean time I still need a banner, as well as a logo and have come up with a new name for consideration as the renovation name: Final Fantasy Vortex (kinda has a nice ring to it don't it?) The old poll is still up but I'll be fixing it later today to have just a simple yes or no on whether Final Fantasy Vortex is an acceptable name.
August 6th, 2001 I've been looking into the whole message board thing and have found a way to do it but it may take up to a month to set everything up... I suppose that the promise of a message board in time is better than no message board at all... In the mean time I've been busy posting on the other message board and have enough posts to use an original avatar.. only problem is I don't have any really good graphics programs. I would love to post a link or affiliate with anyone who can make me an avatar of Sephiroth (size requirements are 65 X 65 pixels). If you would like to create one for me or create a banner or logo (I'm in dire need of a banner...) please e-mail me. One last thing before I sign off...I may be moving the site to another location soon so stay tuned for a redirection page.. (^_^)
July 25th, 2001 I changed the site font again. This one is a lot easier to read and looks better than Arial. I'm currently trying to set up a message board but my hosting doesn't have CGI-Bin capabilities, so it's going to be difficult. I set up a new site that focuses on Anime artwork you can visit it, but currently all it is is a coming soon page.
July 19th, 2001 This is exactly what I mean when I say that there will be more updates more often.. (lol). Anyway I already said this (yesterday) but, if anyone would like to affiliate with this site, create a banner or logo for me or anything else that would be of use to me, please e-mail and we can work out a deal. Very soon I will be adding an affiliation form to my website, to make affiliating with this site much smoother.
July 18th, 2001 I just downloaded an FTP so updates should be more frequent and much smoother. I will be doing many more during the summer than during the school seasons (Fall, Winter, and Spring). I'm currently enrolled in 2 honors classes and have to take 2 years of Spanish in one year. Having all of this to jumble around, I will do my best to update the page as often as possible in the school time. July 16th, 2001 I've remodeled the entire site as far as some pictures changing and the background and text changing, (the old version was kind of difficult to read...) Also if you would like to help me set up a message board or two please e-mail me as I am lost on how to create one ^_^
July 14th, 2001 I've been wanting to rename my site for quite some time, but I can't seem to come up with a good name. I have a few and have put them into a poll for your convenience. Please vote and help me pick a new name for this site.
July 6th, 2001 I am now in my temporary apartment until the woman who previously owned the house moves out. Since I have an internet connection established, there should be a few more updates real soon. Anyway, here's what I've updated: I. I added my own artwork to the Fan Art section. II. I fixed a few bugs that happened because of or during our move. III. I added a BRAND NEW piece of work from Myriam to the Fan Art Section (it looks magnificent). IV. I put together the bare bones of the Final Fantasy X page. V. I will be looking for lots of pictures for the construction of the Final Fantasy IX page. (If you can help me e-mail me). That's all for now.
June 2nd, 2001 Sorry I haven't been making any updates, I've been EXTREMELY busy beyond belief. Not only have I had school and such but also, I'm moving in two weeks so getting that all done and over with took quite some time. Anyway, here are the updates that have been done: I. The Final Fantasy VIII Section is now up and running. II. The FAQ for Final Fantasy VII is there. III. This message was written (lol). IV. The beginnings of the Final Fantasy IX and X are being planned out as we speak. That's about all I have to say for right now. I probably won't be making any more updates until we get into our new house which will not be until July or August.
